Thomas A. Boyd, Jr.

Mr. Boyd was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Boyd graduated from Florida State University Business School in 1985 with a degree in Risk Management. He received his law degree from Cumberland Law School in Birmingham, Alabama in 1988. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Boyd returned to Jacksonville to begin his legal career. Over the past 27 years, Mr. Boyd has handled almost exclusively admiralty and maritime cases. Mr. Boyd has handled a wide range of admiralty and maritime cases, ranging from injured seaman, longshoreman, passengers and recreational boaters to vessels that have been damaged, the arrest of vessels for maritime liens of all types, seaman's injury claims, salvage claims, and cargo damage claims.
